New baby

We have another little baby due this spring, May 7th! Carl and I are super excited for our family to grow. Reese doesn't get it yet but I know she will be a wonderful big sister.
This pregnancy has been easier then my pregnancy with Reese. Not as tired and not as much nausea.
Gender will be announced soon!

Farmers market

This pic was taken over thanksgiving weekend. We all went to the farmers market and enjoyed music and sunshine. There was also a jump castle and Reese loved it. She had a hard time jumping in her tights, she kept slipping but she looked so cute!

Thanksgiving

We had a great Thanksgiving, lots of family in town. Reese had so much fun and was super spoiled the entire time! All the food came out great and the weather was perfect! We didn't take any pictures, the time flew by.

Christmas pictures

We had some Christmas pictures taken this weekend and they are already available! Reese did a great job by herself but wasn't as happy sitting still for the family shots. Turns out, she was sick the whole time and we had to take her to the ER on Sunday for shortness of breath and wheezing. Super scary. I didn't realize how stressed I was until we were home, I felt so exhausted. We have a follow up appointment today and I am hoping she is improving and we can take her off some of the medications. 

Babysitting

Our normal sitter couldn't watch kids for a week because her kitchen had a leak and the whole house became a construction zone. Not safe, not fun. So all the mom's got together to come up with a solution and on my day off, I had 4 kids under 3yrs old I was watching. It went pretty well but I was so sore the next day, lots of picking babies up!!

Halloween!

Here are some pics of us at our mommy group Halloween party. We al had to much fun, Reese was a little cooked at the end so we had to cut out early. The party was on a Sunday afternoon and that morning our little family drove to Beaufort and had a wonderful brunch. It was really awesome and Reese was so well behaved. By the time afternoon rolled around with no nap for the boo baby, we were on borrowed time.

Almost all the kiddos were there. Elizabeth was little red riding hood, Owen was clark kent, Sydney was a cat and Reese was a pumpkin.

Fall pics

Our weekends have been so busy, we are trying to get to as many parks and do as many outings as we can. Reese loves being outside and after about 10 minutes she loves new places as well!

Peek a boo

Pumpkin picking

We went to pick pumpkins yesterday and grab some mums for the front porch. Reese loved pushing the cart. She pushed it all over and napped well when we got home!

Ready for Halloween

Our neighborhood does this every year! You get "booed" with a Halloween treat and then pass it on. This was on our porch when we came
home and Reese was so excited to see the pumpkin on the porch.

New toys

I'm writing this from my new iPhone 5!!! Much better picture quality. Reese got a new easel. So far the chalk chewing is at a minimum!

Rain again!

It's raining again on my day off! So, I enjoyed my morning coffee and relaxed. I'm not able to go for a run or walk in this weather with Reese so we are still in our pjs! We sold the pool table a few weeks ago so the upper floor has been a kid zone. We haven't bought a couch yet for the game room so Reese's toys have taken over. It's actually working out well, she has the whole upstairs and can run and play. Eventually we'll get a couch but right now it's nice. My computer is in a corner so I can keep an eye on her no matter where she is.
If you need us at all today we will be upstairs watching the rain!

Rain don't go away

It's raining today in Charleston. I'm totally ok with it!! I have been working tons of extra hours and I love the idea of staying home with Reese and playing. Right now she is sleeping in (what??) and I am enjoying mt morning coffee. Nice!! I hope you wonderful people have a great day as well!!

Zoo!!

We took Reesey poo to the zoo and had do so much fun! She rode the merry go round and loved it! She wasn't scared at all and only cried when it stopped. At this zoo you are able to feed giraffes up close and she wasn't too interested in them. But she did like the nubian goat!
